- Paul was elected to Warrington Borough Council in May 2006 and represents Fairfield & Howley Ward. Paul previously served as a local councillor from 1995-2004. Paul has lived in Warrington all his life and in his spare time enjoys listening to music and following Warrington Wolves RLFC. Paul lives with Yvonne and has one daughter Gabrielle.
